2. How does the order verification process work?

3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Amarant Health?

Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided the packaging remains unopened. If the packaging has been opened and you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer care team for guidance.

You can choose one of the following options for returning your product(s):

Option 1:

Return your product(s) directly to Amarant Health at Plot# 168, Sector 23, K.I.A Karachi. Once we receive the product(s), we will process your refund to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2:

Our partner courier can collect the product(s) from your delivery address. Upon receiving the return, we will deduct Rs. 200 from the order amount and refund the remaining balance to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please retain the original product and packaging. Our team will guide you on how to return it.

4. How do I return Amarant Health products if purchased from elsewhere?

If you purchased our products from another website, follow the return and refund instructions provided on that platform.

For products purchased from our retail partners, please return them to the store as per their return and refund policies.
